Somatic Attachment Therapy

Have you ever asked yourself:
Why do I keep repeating the same patterns in dating and relationships?
Why do I attract partners who feel unavailable, controlling, or inconsistent?
Why do my relationships leave me feeling anxious, insecure, or exhausted?

Or maybe you’re simply ready for something calmer, more honest, and more grounded in your life.

Healthy relationships don’t happen by accident. They grow from self awareness, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation. Through Somatic Attachment Therapy, we can work on understanding how your attachment style, early experiences, and body based emotional patterns shape the way you connect with others.

With over 11 years of experience working with clients from diverse cultural and relationship backgrounds, and extensive training in Somatic Attachment Therapy, we’ll work together to build relationships that feel secure, emotionally safe, and fulfilling.

This work is not a quick fix. It is a process of honest self-reflection, healing attachment wounds, identifying limiting beliefs, learning emotional regulation, defining your standards, and building strong, consistent boundaries. Over time, this creates real change that feels natural and sustainable.

What is Somatic Attachment Therapy?

Somatic Attachment Therapy integrates attachment theory, trauma informed care, and body based practices. It helps you recognize how your nervous system responds to closeness, conflict, rejection, and intimacy.

Instead of only talking about patterns, we gently work with sensations, emotional responses, and relational habits stored in the body. This helps you develop a felt sense of safety, which is the foundation of secure attachment and healthy relationships.

This approach draws from research in attachment science, somatic psychology, and trauma healing, including modalities such as Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, somatic regulation work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles.
