Somatic Interventions for Anxiety

Some of us might have spent years analyzing and talking about our anxiety and still feel stuck. That’s because anxiety shows up in the body as much as in the mind, and somatic work helps us notice those patterns and slowly change them.
With over 11 years of experience and in depth training in Somatic Anxiety Therapy, we’ll work together to understand how anxiety shows up in your mind and body and build a steadier, calmer baseline over time.
